NATURAL SUPPORT FOR AUTISM & Neurodiversity
A 3-Session Online Group with Rumana Zahn ND for parents, carers, educators and individuals seeking gentle, natural ways to support neurodiverse health.
A Personal welcome
From Rumana Zahn ND
Over the years I’ve worked with many families navigating the world of autism and neurodiversity. Whether you’re a parent, practitioner, or neurodiverse yourself, I’ve seen first-hand how natural approaches — from food to herbs to detox — can help bring not only calm, clarity, and comfort but a wealth of fundamental positive changes.
That’s why I’ve created this three-part online group — to share practical cases, evidence-based tools and to offer you a space where we can explore what truly supports the neurodiverse body and mind in each individual.
We use the term neurodiverse to acknowledge the wide variety of how brains work — including those who are autistic, have ADHD, sensory processing differences and more.

Testimonials
My teenage child has had behavioural issues – no motivation to study, listless and obsessive about hygiene. He struggled to eliminate and found his toilet time went up to 2hours. This affected the whole family. Working with Rumana has changed all this. He is motivated and knows what affects him. He is much more aware and his toilet time has reduced to 20minutes. There are still some other behaviours we are working on like his OCD with hygiene and we are beginning to see changes to this.
D has started smiling and participating a bit more. Progress is slow but steady. He’s no longer constantly upset, he moves around the house again, plays, touches things — like he used to. While he’s definitely calmer now, which is a blessing, he’s also beginning to engage in activities again.

About Your Host
Hi, I’m Rumana Zahn — a Naturopath, Medical Herbalist and founder of Clinic Naturae. I’ve been working in natural medicine for over 25 years, helping people navigate health challenges with a holistic, personalised approach. Over the years, I’ve supported many families, children and individuals on the autism and neurodiversity spectrum, using gentle but powerful tools like nutrition, herbal medicine, and detoxification to support better digestion, calmer moods, deeper sleep and overall resilience.
My approach is always to meet people where they are — with compassion, curiosity, and care. I believe the body knows how to heal when given the right support, and that even small changes can make a big difference.
As well as clinical work, I’ve taught and lectured widely on natural health, and I run an on-site herbal dispensary where we make personalised blends, creams, and tinctures for our clients.
This group is something I’ve wanted to offer for a while — a safe, open space where we can explore the many ways natural medicine can gently support neurodiverse individuals and families.
“When we treat the whole person—body, mind and spirit—we awaken new possibilities for healing.”
